Five Lads UK Loyalty Scheme Terms and CondiTIons
Eligibility: a. The Five Lads UK Loyalty Scheme (hereinafter referred to as “the Loyalty Scheme”) is open to all customers who make purchases at Five Lads UK stores. b. Customers must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Loyalty Scheme.
Earning Loyalty Points: a. Customers can earn loyalty points by making transactions of a minimum value of £7.50 at any participating Five Lads UK store. b. For each qualifying transaction, customers will receive 1 “Peri” point. c. Points will be awarded based on the total transaction value before taxes and discounts.
Redemption: a. Loyalty points can only be redeemed in-store at Five Lads UK outlets. b. Customers must present their loyalty card or provide their registered mobile number to the cashier at the time of redemption. c. Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable. d. Only the account holder is eligible to redeem points e. The scheme limits amount of transactions each customer can claim per hour
Point Expiration: a. Loyalty points have no expiration date and can be accumulated over time. b. Five Lads UK reserves the right to amend the point expiration policy at its discretion. In such cases, customers will be notified in advance.
Termination or Modification: a. Five Lads UK reserves the right to terminate or modify the Loyalty Scheme at any time without prior notice. b. In the event of termination, customers will be given a reasonable period to redeem their loyalty points.
Data Protection: a. By participating in the Loyalty Scheme, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Five Lads UK for the purposes of administering the scheme. b. Five Lads UK will handle customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the Five Lads UK Loyalty Scheme, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Five Lads UK reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, and any such changes will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels.
